李锁平，男，1962年10月生，河南虞城人。博士，教授（二级），博士生导师，河南省抗逆和特色小麦工程技术中心主任，河南省学术技术带头人，中国遗传学会理事，河南省遗传学会副理事长，教育部2018-2022年度植物生产类教学指导委员会委员，河南省高等学校教学名师，河南省优秀教师
